As founder of Pinnacle Wealth Planning Services, Inc., Bill has provided general counsel for over 100 closely-held companies with sales from $500,000 to over $700 million. He has prepared and delivered over 1000 Comprehensive Personal Financial Plans to high net worth individuals. He has assisted many clients with their complex business financial planning, estate planning and administration, and investment advisory needs.

Bill received his BA degree from Kent State University in 1966, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron in 1970, and he has a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College of Financial Planning. After 24 years in the practice of law as the senior partner of a regional law firm, Bill now devotes his time to providing quality financial planning and investment advisory for his personal and business clients.
